i made it thru 5 minutes before it just got to stupid for me. maybe i just dont have the time to spare because im living the american dream. its amazing how a kid with a simple high school education could be smart enough to buy a house that is within my means. and not get racked up on credit card debt.


reality is. nobody forces you to take a mortgage you can't afford. nobody forces you to rack up unmanageable credit card debt. you make those choices yourself. the bank doesnt make them. people need to accept responsibilities for there own actions and stop looking to blame someone else.
