ive had my 05balt2dr since new and the brakes always sucked. lotsa fade, and the couple times that ive had to make a near-panic stop, drove the rotors into warping on a signifigant level! i got the dimpled and slotted ebc rotors, and green stuff pads, and are very happy with the combination. im an assistant manager at a midas store, and so i had one of my techs adjust the rears also. they were loose on one side and even more loose on the other! the other thing im wondering is...has anybody swapped ss rear discs onto an ls yet?

What a concept....................keeping the rear brakes clean and adjusted. I bet that will make the car stop better and the front pads and rotors last longer. No I do not have problems with my brakes because the rears are checked and adjusted every 6K with the tire rotation I do.
